Prior to joining RCP, Ms. Hager spent eight years with Swander Pace Capital, a middle market buyout firm focused on consumer products.
Ms. Hager was responsible for fund administration including coordinating quarterly financial reports and portfolio documentation, and managing direct marketing initiatives.
In addition, Ms. Hager was responsible for expanding the firm’s technology capabilities and information systems, as well as administering firm personnel.
