Prior to joining Broadway Partners, Mr. Krukowski worked at Lubert Adler and held responsibilities in both acquisitions and asset management for office, retail, and residential assets on the west coast.
Prior thereto, Mr. Krukowski worked at Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate group within the Investment Banking and Merchant Banking Divisions.
Mr. Krukowski graduated with High Honors from the University of California Berkeley where he received a B.S.
in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and a Minor in Business Administration.
