Paul Tholly joined the Siparex group in 1984.
From 1998 till 2007 he was in charge of the venture team at Siparex.
He is now responsible for the international aspects of the group's venture capital activities.
From 1996 to 1998 he was in San Francisco with the management team of American venture capital funds launched in partnership by Fred Adler and Siparex.
He has also contributed to various Siparex projects in countries including Morocco, Lebanon, Egypt and Russia.
Mr. Tholly has extensive experience in early- and later-stage financing, and spent five years in investment banking at Banque de l’Union Européenne.
Paul Tholly holds an MBA from ESSEC in Paris, and a Certificate in Business Administration from Berkeley.
