Pavel Nazarov

Mr. Pavel Nazarov is a Director of United Capital Partners Advisory.
Prior to joining UCP in 2010 he was a director at New Russia Growth Private Equity Advisors, a CIS focused private equity fund manager, where he was responsible for covering a number of sectors including TMT and consumer products.
He represented the fund on the boards of two regional broadband service providers.
On the buy side, Mr. Nazarov also spearheaded fundraising and the commercial launch of AloeCure, a dietary supplement start-up in the USA. Within two years AloeCure attained a broad nationwide drugstore distribution for its Chinese produced digestive system remedies.
Mr. Nazarov was also involved in numerous M&A and restructuring projects as a member of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin investment banking team in New York.
In 2003 he graduated with degrees in Finance and Accounting from Leonard Stern Business School at New York University.
