Prior to joining Pequot, Mr. Labon was a Managing Director of Citadel from 2001 to 2005, where he managed a long/short TMT product.
He was also a Portfolio Manager of Citadel's equity long/short product since inception.
Early in his career, he was a Vice President of
Capital Research & Management, where he focused on the software and semiconductor industries and built a technology investment team.
Mr. Labon holds an M.B.A.
from Harvard Business School and a B.A.Sc.
in Computer Engineering and Management Science from the University of Waterloo.
