Candlewood Investment Group LP (Candlewood) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager headquartered in Rye, New York. The firm was formed founded by Michael Lau and Indra Chandra in 2010 as the result of a spin-off from Credit Suisse Group AG. Candlewood provides investment management services to private pooled investment vehicles (Candlewood Funds) that are offered to investors on a private placement basis.
