Profile
Prior to the creation of Krokus PE, Mr. Piotr Oskroba was a Director General and Investment Director at Polonia Financial Services.
As Investment Director, he was responsible for all aspects of the investment process from initial screening through to ultimate exit.
Mr. Oskroba sits on the investment committee of Nova Polonia.
In addition to these responsibilities, he is President of European Convergence Partners (adviser to Prospect Poland) and was responsible for overseeing the successful restructuring of Prospect Poland.
Mr. Oskroba has been responsible for a number of investments over the past years.
Prior to joining Polonia Financial Services in 1995, Mr. Oskroba worked for five years for the Polish Chamber of Commerce both as adviser to its President and latterly as the founder and Director of its Brussels branch.
During this period he was responsible for obtaining two EU commission contracts that were the first awarded to a Polish firm.
As well as his responsibilities with the Polish Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Oskroba also worked part time as an adviser to the Polish Ministry of Finance on matters relating to the Polish SME sector.
Mr. Oskroba has a Post graduate degree in Corporate Strategic Management from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Masters degree from the Warsaw School of Economics.
