Ryan’s natural fascination with the intersection of retail and technology has led to a career of inspiring and leading brands to be on the forefront of the evolving “connected retail” environment.
Ryan currently leads Digital Sales & Operations for licensed brands, including New Balance, Skechers and Joe Fresh.
Additionally, Ryan is the Founder and Chairman of Commerce Canal, a retail advisory firm driving $100 million in annual retails sales for some of the world’s largest brands in apparel, footwear, jewelry and industrial.
Prior to his tenure with Commerce Canal, Ryan was the President & CEO of Trimfit, Inc; Senior Vice President of Strategy at Hudson’s Bay Company; and held management consulting positions at both Alvarez & Marsal and at Accenture Strategy.
He holds double B.S.
degrees in Marketing and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, and holds board and advisory positions with several retail/digital startup’s.
