Mr. Goldberg was Senior Vice President, Arrow Air II LLC, where he assisted in the oversight of various investments of the group; he was recruited in 2004 to be Chief Financial Officer of Arrow Air/Cargo, where he helped lead the organization out of bankruptcy.
Prior to this position, Mr. Goldberg was a partner at a Miami-based private equity firm with Joseph DaGrosa, Jr., one of the Principals of the Sponsor Group.
At that firm, Mr. Goldberg was on the post-acquisition management team where he oversaw a number of portfolio companies.
Previously, Mr. Goldberg was with Republic Services, Inc. where, in his capacity as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, he oversaw the acquisition of dozens of small companies as part of a roll-up in the environmental services business.

Mr. Goldberg also held senior positions at Ryder System, Inc., having served as Senior Vice President - Finance and Vice President and Treasurer of the holding company and Chief Financial Officer of the truck leasing division.
Prior to his experience in the transportation and logistics business, Mr. Goldberg held various positions of increasing seniority with major consumer product companies and a large lending institution.
Mr. Goldberg holds his MBA from New York University and is a graduate of Columbia University with a BA.
