Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi

Sultan bin Muhammad Al-Qasimi is the founder of the University of Sharjah and the American University of Sharjah, both founded in 1997.
He holds the title of President & Professor at the University of Sharjah and President at the American University of Sharjah.
Dr. Al-Qasimi has a doctorate degree from the University of Durham, which was conferred in 1999.
He also has a doctorate degree from the University of Exeter, which was conferred in 1985, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Cairo, which was conferred in 1971.
