Victoria Lazareva

Mrs. Victoria Lazareva Co-Managing Partner at United Capital Partners Advisory and has over 7 years of investment banking and private equity experience in the Russian market and over 10 years of international investment banking experience in London and New York.
She serves on the Board of Directors of several Russian companies.
She acts as a Board member of OJSC Fashion Continent since 2008.
In 2010, Mrs. Lazareva was elected an Independent Director on the Board of OJSC Seventh Continent, one of the leading Moscow food retail chains and OJSC Monocrystal, a leading technology business in Russia.
Mrs. Lazareva joined UCP from the Moscow branch of Deutsche Bank (formerly Deutsche UFG) where she headed the corporate finance practice in Retail, Consumer goods, Healthcare and Real Estate sectors for more than 5 years.
Victoria Lazareva joined UFG (subsequently acquired by Deutsche Bank) in 2003 and over 5 years built a leading sector ECM and M&A franchise in her respective industries of coverage.
Prior to that Mrs. Lazareva held the position of Vice President in Deutsche Bank AG London-based Corporate Finance Group, where she focused on M&A advisory, IPOs, leveraged and structured finance across a range of industries at different times of her career, including technology and basic industries.
Prior to her six-year tenure in London with Bankers Trust and Deutsche Bank, Ms. Lazareva was an Associate with Cambridge Partners L.L.C in New York.
Mrs. Lazareva holds an Executive MBA from Stanford University and a degree in Chemistry from the Popov Chemical Institute.
