National Council for Social Security Fund of PRC (NCSSF) is the dedicated investment manager and administrator of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), a sovereign wealth fund founded in 2000 by the Government of China as a strategic reserve and supplementary fund for social security. NCSSF is a government agency headquartered in Beijing and controlled directly by the State Council of the People's Republic of China.

National Council For Social Security Fund (Investment Company) (NCSSF-IM) is the investment division of the National Council for Social Security Fund of PRC, the manager and administrator of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF), a sovereign wealth fund founded in 2000 by the Government of China as a strategic reserve and supplementary fund for social security. NCSSF-IM is headquartered in Beijing and makes investments for the NSSF, which is funded primarily by capital and equity assets derived from reduction of state-owned shares and fiscal allocation of the central government.
