Wilbur M. Priester

Prior to joining Blue Water Capital, Mr. Priester had ten years experience in accounting and financial management, planning and analysis.
His areas of expertise include audits, development of financial models for company valuation, design and implementation of internal controls for production management and cost analysis, strategic planning and information systems.
From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Priester was employed by MedImmune, Inc., first as Accounting Manager and subsequently as Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis.
He worked at Coopers & Lybrand from 1986 to 1989.
Mr. Priester received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, with distinction from the University of Virginia.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and has received a Masters of Business Administration degree (with distinction) from Georgetown University.
He serves on the boards of Access Point and ADS Retail.
