At Delhi, he was responsible for all commercial, engineering, operations and administrative matters associated with Delhi’s assets in South and West Texas, including direct P&L responsibility.
He began his career as an engineer with Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation in Houston.
He has extensive background in the natural gas gathering segment along with experience with natural gas liquids and crude oil facilities.
Mr. Waldrip holds a B.S.
in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University and completed an Advanced Management Program at Indiana University Graduate School of Business in 1992.
Mr. Waldrip is a Registered Professional Engineer (Inactive) in Texas.
He also currently serves on the board of directors of several EFM portfolio companies, including Rangeland Energy III, Rangeland Energy IV and Ironwood Midstream Energy Partners.
