Inter RAO YEES : Guaranteeing Suppliers of Inter RAO Group Announce RAS Financial Results for the First Quarter of 2019

* Reports are available for the following sales subsidiaries with the status of supplier of last resort: PJSC Moscow Power Supply Company (Mosenergosbyt), JSC Petersburg power supply company (PESC), PJSC Saratovenergo, JSC Altayenergosbyt (Altai power supply company), PJSC Tomskenergosbyt (Tomsk ESC), PJSC Tambov power supply company (Tambov ESC), and PSCB LLC (Power Supply Company of Bashkortostan).

The following key factors determined changes in operating and financial results of guaranteeing suppliers within Inter RAO Group:

• Increase in the number of customers;
• Higher average costs ensuing from tariff indexation by the decision of regulating authorities;
• Higher grid operator rates;
• Higher average cost of purchased capacity;
• Decrease in the volume of supplied electricity as a result of higher average air temperatures in the regions where sales subsidiaries are located.
