METALLURGICAL CORPORATION OF CHINA LTD.* BRIEFING ON THE NEWLY SIGNED CONTRACTS OF JANUARY 2020

The board of directors and all directors of Metallurgical Corporation of China Ltd.* (the "Company") warrant that the contents of this announcement do not contain any misrepresentation, misleading statement or material omission, and accept several and joint responsibilities for the truthfulness, accuracy and completeness of the contents of this announcement.

The value of newly signed contracts of the Company in January 2020 amounted to RMB45.11 billion, representing a decrease of 9.8% from the same period of last year, among which the value of newly signed overseas contracts amounted to RMB410 million.

In January, newly signed individual material engineering and construction contracts of the Company with value of more than RMB500 million are set out as follows:
