Qt Group Plc hereby announces that it has been notified on 19 May 2020 of a change in the ownership:

The overall holding of Qt Group Plc's shares and voting rights managed by Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company crossed below the 10 % flagging threshold. Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company owns 2,252,633  shares of Qt Group Plc, corresponding to 9.43 % of Qt Group Plc's all shares and votes. Ownership has changed on 19 May 2020.

The share capital of Qt Group Plc comprises in total 23,889,016 shares.
