Electricity Generating Public Company Limited ("EGCO") would like to inform the Stock

Exchange of Thailand that the Board of Directors in the meeting No. 8/2020 held on June 17, 2020 acknowledged the resignation of the director and appointed a new director replacing the resigned one and the appointment of President, with effect on July 1, 2020 as follows:

• 1. That the resignation of Mr. Gumpanart Bumroonggit from being a director, and

  Acting President was acknowledged;

• 2. That Mr. Roengchai Khongthong was appointed as a director, and a member of the Investment Committee to replace Mr. Gumpanart Bumroonggit; and

3.

That Mr. Thepparat Theppitak was appointed as the President and a member of the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee, and Risk Oversight Committee.

The nominating procedure has followed transparency guidelines and adhered to the guidelines of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors.
