Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

Antero Midstream Corporation (the "Company") held its 2020 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders (the "Annual Meeting") on June 17, 2020. At the Annual Meeting, the
Company's stockholders were requested to (i) elect three Class I members of the
Company's Board of Directors to serve until the Company's 2023 annual meeting of
stockholders; (ii) ratify the appointment of KPMG LLP as the Company's
independent registered public accounting firm for the year ending December 31,
2020; (iii) approve, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company's
named executive officers; and (iv) approve, on an advisory basis, the frequency
of future advisory votes on the compensation of the Company's named executive
officers. Each of these items is more fully described in the Company's
definitive proxy statement, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange
Commission on April 27, 2020.



The results of the matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting are as follows:
