Colliers International Welcomes New Associate Brokers

- Four Team Members Join Colliers Philadelphia This Fall -

September 23, 2019 [Philadelphia, PA]- Colliers International in Philadelphia is pleased to announce the addition of four new associate hires this fall, bolstering capacity and service within Colliers' big box logistics team and our fast-growing retail division.

Callahan Bailey

Callahan "Cal" Bailey joins Colliers' industrial division from Cushman and Wakefield where he was focused on tenants and owners of the Lehigh Valley logistics market. Prior to that Cal spent several years as a Client Account Manager with financial services firm Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and currently pursuing his masters in real estate development from Georgetown University.

Cal will work alongside the Colliers Northeast Logistics and Transportation Solutions team of Michael Zerbe, Mark Chubb, Summer Coulter and Kirsten Kurz based in Conshohocken.

Alec Hillmeyer

Entrepreneurial at heart, Alec began his career as Vice President of Social Movement Media, a full-service digital marketing agency heading up a team working with clients such as Maserati, Hard Rock Café, Skechers and numerous Manhattan restaurants. He crossed over into real estate as an Investment Associate with Marcus and Millichap in Manhattan before landing in Philadelphia. Alec is a recent graduate of The Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University.

Alec will work with the Larry Steinberg team focusing exclusively on Philadelphia's premiere urban retail and restaurants.

Steve Bachow

Steve is an experienced sales professional within both the healthcare and IT industries, serving as an Account Executive with both Micro Focus and Penn Emblem. Steve received his bachelor's degree from Lehigh University and attained his MBA from Temple's Fox School of Business Management.

Matthew Vender

Matthew studied at Temple University, where he was an active participant in its real estate organization as well as the Temple News staff. He has worked as a residential leasing agent with Equinox Management and Construction and as a marketing and acquisitions intern with The Bannett Group in Cherry Hill.

Both Steve and Matthew will work alongside Todd Sussman, a Senior Vice President of Colliers' Retail division.
