TOKYO, Nov 30 (Reuters) - The Japanese government's draft budget for next fiscal year will likely see total spending exceed a record 107 trillion yen ($946 billion), Kyodo news agency reported on Tuesday.

The government is expected to compile next month the draft budget for the fiscal year beginning in April 2022, which must pass through parliament to take effect.
