INVESCO LADDERRITE U.S. 0-5 YEAR CORPORATE BOND INDEX ETF - USD PowerShares Laddered U.S. 0-5 Year Corporate Bond Index ETF announced a cash distribution of $0.05662 per unit of PowerShares Laddered U.S. 0-5 Year Corporate Bond Index ETF and $0.04905 per unit of PowerShares LadderRite U.S. 0-5 Year Corporate Bond Index EFT- USD for the month of December 2014. Unit holders of record on December 30, 2014 will receive cash distributions payable on January 8, 2015.
