Investment objective
The objective of the SPDR S&P 500 Low Volatility UCITS ETF is to track the equity market performance of large US companies which historically have exhibited low volatility characteristics. It aims to do this by tracking the S&P 500 Low Volatility Index as closely as possible. The S&P 500 Low Volatility Index is designed to measure the performance of the 100 least volatile stocks within the S&P 500 Index. The Index employs a volatility-driven selection and weighting scheme. Volatility is measured by the standard deviation of a security's daily price returns over the prior 252 trading days.
