(Alliance News) - NB Aurora SA confirmed Wednesday evening the fulfillment of the conditions precedent for the completion of the transaction to sell 49.9 percent of its equity investment portfolio.

This divestment will take place through the transfer of the 49.9 percent direct shareholding in NB Aurora Holdings Sàrl and the 4.9 percent direct shareholding of the units issued by the MIC Co-investment Fund, to the closed-end investment fund called NB Aurora Co-Investment Fund II SICAV RAIF, which is also managed by NB AIFM, the management company of NB Aurora, and subscribed by third-party professional investors.

The transaction is expected to close by October 2023.

"The transaction is part of the project to raise new financial resources to continue the

investments in leading SMEs in their target markets," the company specified in a note.

NB Aurora on Thursday closed 33 percent in the red at EUR8.50 per share.
