Bank of Åland plc Proposes Dividend for the Accounting Period from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, Payable on April 16, 2018; Announces Resignation of Dan-Erik Woivalin as Board Member

Bank of Åland Plc in its AGM to be held on April 5, 2018, proposed a dividend of €0.65 per share for the accounting period January 1 – December 31, 2017, that the record date for dividend payment shall be, April 9, 2018 and that the payment date shall be, April 16, 2018.

Bank of Åland Plc announced that Board member Dan-Erik Woivalin has declined re-election.
