For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 222.09 million compared to USD 241.46 million a year ago. Net loss was USD 173.65 million compared to USD 62.85 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 64.8001 compared to USD 24.6 a year ago.

Degree Program Segment provides technology and services to nonprofit colleges and universities to enable the online delivery of degree programs.
