Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company by way of resolution passed by circulation on November 7, 2022, has approved the grant of 43,500 ESOPs under IIFL Wealth Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2019, at a grant price of Rs. 1,818/- i.e. applicable market price as per the Scheme, with vesting over 3 years (30%: 30%: 40%), to the eligible employees on the even date.
