The Board of A.G. BARR p.l.c. recommended a final dividend of 12.40 pence per share to give a proposed total dividend for the full year of 15.05 pence per share in respect of the year ended 28 January 2024. This represents year-on-year growth of 14.9% (2022/23: 13.10 pence). The final dividend is payable on 7 June 2024 to shareholders on the Register of Members at the close of business on 10 May 2024.
The ex-dividend date is 9 May 2024.
