A-One Alform Co., Ltd. (XKON:A234070) announced a private placement of third registered private convertible bonds for gross proceeds of KRW 2,500,000,000 on October 7, 2016. The transaction included participation from individual investors Yangsook Choi for KRW 1,500,000,000 and Dongki Yang for KRW 1,000,000,000. The bonds were issued at par. The bonds carry a fixed annual coupon of 1% and yield to maturity of 6%. The bonds will mature on October 7, 2019. The bonds can be fully converted into common shares of the company at a fixed conversion price of KRW 16,350 per share from October 7, 2017 to October 6, 2019. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
