On May 18, 2022, Robert Cochran notified A10 Networks, Inc., (the “Company”) that he would resign as the Executive Vice President, Legal and Corporate Collaboration, Chief Risk Compliance Officer and Secretary of the Company effective June 30, 2022. Mr. Cochran has agreed to remain with the Company to assist in transition matters.
