Yongxing Custom Value No. 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund, managed by Hunan Yongxing Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. signed share transfer agreement to acquire 8.296% stake in AA Industrial Belting (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603580) from Cai Ruimei for approximately CNY 160 million on December 19, 2022. As per the transaction, Yongxing Custom Value No. 1 Private Equity Securities Investment Fund, managed by Hunan Yongxing Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. will acquire 10,841,250 shares at CNY 14.32 per share.
