UAB Verslo dizainas to acquire additional 25.6% of stake in AB Linas (NSEL:LNS1L) for €1.2 million on April 12, 2022. UAB Verslo dizainas is paying €0.20 million. The Financial Market Supervision Committee of the Bank of Lithuania approved the offer.
