ABB announced this morning that sales of its 'Aztec 600' water quality analyzers in the UK increased by 50% in 2023 compared to the previous year.

'Changing weather conditions and the need to comply with regulations have been key factors', ABB asserts.

The company also points to the need for more sustainable management of the UK's water supplies: 'In recent years, we have witnessed extreme wet and dry weather conditions, affecting both water quantity and quality', agrees Jon Penn of ABB Measurement & Analytics.

With options available to measure ammonia, iron, aluminum, manganese, color, phosphate, etc., the analyzers enable water utilities around the world to safeguard water quality and ensure compliance with regulations', emphasizes ABB.
