Abico Holdings Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company, which is principally engaged in the investment in equity securities. The Company is a holding company, which invests in three main businesses, contract manufacturing for diary products and pasteurized fruit juice; a dairy farm; and a property rental business. Its subsidiaries include ABICO Dairy Farm Co., Ltd., which is the core company manufacturing ultra-high temp (UHT) and pasteurized milk; ABICO Land Co., Ltd., and PPO Farm Co., Ltd. The subsidiaries are principally engaged in the manufacturing and contract manufacturing of ready to drink milk, drinks and fruit juice, including agriculture and dairy farm. The Company operates through four segments: investment; manufacturing and contract manufacturing of ready to drink milk, drinks and fruit juice; office buildings for rent; and agriculture and dairy farm.
