Correction of some merely material error in the Annual Report 2020 19/05/2021 18:17

CORRECTION TO A DOCUMENT UPLOADED ON THE COMPANY WEBSITE

Milano, May 19th, 2021 - With reference to the so called "Annual Report 2020" document, available on the company's website www.abitareinspa.com, section "Investors - Balance Sheets and Reports" since last December, 28th 2020, AbitareIn S.p.A. (from now on, also the "Company") communicate that some merely material errors (due to the creation of the graphic layout of the document) have been identified and therefore they've been corrected.

In particular, the following revisions have been done:

• Page 138 of the document (page 69 of pdf): removed the sentence "pagamenti basati su azioni" as repeated twice;
• Page 146 of the document (page 73 of pdf): completion of the table about changes in property, plant and equipment (last two lines missing);
• Page 152 of the document (page 76 of pdf): replacement of the table about short and long-term financial payables to banks (start dates and end dates updated);
• Page 153 of the document (page 77 of pdf) replacement of directors' severance indemnity reserve table (it was wrongly displayed the employees' severance indemnity reserve one);
• Page 159 of the document (page 80 of pdf) replacement of carrying amount and fair value of financial instrument table (last line missing)

It is worth highlighting that the separate and consolidated Financial statements at 30 september 2020, have been correctly approved by the Board and correctly registered in the economic and administrative register and therefore they don't contain any mistake.

The correct version of the "Annual Report 2020" document, in its "clean" and "revised" versions it's available on the Company's website (www.abitareinspa.com), section "Investors - Balance Sheets and Reports"
