The board of abrdn Asia Focus plc declared a third interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 July 2023 of 1.6 pence net (2022: 1.6 pence) which will be payable on 23 June 2023 to Ordinary shareholders on the register on 26 May 2023, ex dividend date 25 May 2023.

abrdn Asia Focus plc is a United Kingdom-based closed-end investment company. It aims to attract long-term private and institutional investors wanting to benefit from the growth prospects of Asiaâs smaller companies. Its investment objective is to maximize total return to shareholders over the long term from a portfolio made up predominantly of quoted smaller companies in the economies of Asia excluding Japan.
