NOTICE TO OUR VALUED SHAREHOLDERS - RESIGNATION OF FINANCE DIRECTOR OF ABSA

BANK BOTSWANA LIMITED ("the Company")

The Company hereby notifies its shareholders that the Company's Finance Director, Ms Cynthia Morapedi, has resigned from the Company with effect from Tuesday, 14 May 2024. The Company wishes Ms Morapedi well in her future endeavors.

The Company has appointed Mr Leroy Klein as the Acting Finance Director with effect from 14 May 2024.
