ABX Group Limited is an Australia-based company, which is engaged in conducting bauxite exploration and development programs in Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania. The Company has an interest in Rare Earth Elements, Sunrise Project, Queensland, Tasmania and Penrose. Its Rare Earth Elements discoveries in Tasmania include deep leads located in northern Tasmania, rubble mounds located over six kilometers (km) southeast of deep leads, Wind Break located approximately 16 km northeast of deep leads and Portrush located 52 km east of deep leads. The Sunrise Project is located at Binjour, Queensland, approximately 115 km southwest of Bundaberg Port and 25 km west of Gayndah. It has developed Tas Tech, a technology that enables the separation of bauxite into cement-grade, fertilizer-grade and metallurgical grade. The refractory-grade bauxite is located in the Company’s tenement at Penrose, New South Wales (NSW) in a pine plantation approximately 90 km inland of Port Kembla NSW.
