ACCESS BANK BOTSWANA LIMITED NOTICE
Access Bank Botswana Limited ("Access Bank") has commenced preparation of its half yearly financial statements ("interim results") for the period ending June 30, 2022. The process will continue for the period that will not extend beyond September 30, 2022, by which the final interim results will have been published.
In line with good corporate governance and compliance with Botswana Stock Exchange Listing rules, Access Bank declares a closed period from July 1, 2022 to the date when the interim results are published.
During the closed period the company's directors, management and staff are prohibited from dealing in Access Bank shares as it could be implied that they are aware of unpublished price sensitive information.
