ACCESS BANK BOTSWANA LIMITED NOTICE OF CLOSED PERIOD
Access Bank Botswana Limited ("the Bank") has commenced preparation for the financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2023. The process will continue for a period that will not extend beyond September 30, 2023, by which time the interim results will be published.
In line with good corporate governance and in compliance with the Botswana Stock Exchange Listing rules, the Bank declares a closed period from July 1, 2023 to the date when the financial results are published.
During the closed period the Bank's Directors, Management and Employees are prohibited from dealing in the Bank's securities until the interim results are published.
