Acma Ltd. announced appointment of Mr. Joseph Foo Chee Hoe as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from August 6, 2020. Following his appointment as a director of the company, Joseph Foo Chee Hoe has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, Chairman of the Employees' Share Option Scheme Committee and member of the Nominating Committee and Audit and Risk Committee.
