On January 20, 2023, Rasna Therapeutics, Inc. (the "Company") filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation in Nevada (the "Certificate of Amendment") increasing the authorized shares to 1.52 billion consisting of 1.5 billion shares of common stock and 20 million shares of preferred stock.
