Actoz Soft Hong Kong Limited announced that it will issue 15,000,000 common shares at a price of KRW 1,218.5 for gross proceeds of KRW 18,277,500,000 on May 6, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Actoz Soft Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A052790). Post closing, the investor will continue to hold 100% stake in the company. The transaction was approved by board of directors of the investor. The transaction is expected to close on May 19, 2020.
