Acuity Brands, Inc. reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended February 28, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 909.1 million compared to USD 776.6 million a year ago. Net income was USD 75.3 million compared to USD 62.9 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.16 compared to USD 1.75 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.13 compared to USD 1.74 a year ago.
