Acumentis : Expands into the Northern Territory

As part of its strategic objective to extend its reach throughout Australia and cater to a broader clientele in need of property valuation and advisory services, Acumentis is pleased to unveil its expansion into the Northern Territory.

Effective from the beginning of November, Acumentis will be servicing clients across the Northern Territory in all areas of property valuation and consultancy advice from its office in Darwin.

Leading the team in the Northern Territory is long-standing and well-regarded property expert Tony Gorman. With over three decades of experience, Tony serves as the Director of Valuations for both the Northern Territory and Western Australia. He has a diverse background in valuing commercial, residential, and rural properties, serving a wide range of clients. Specialising in valuations for legal purposes and acting as an Expert Witness in litigation and dispute resolution, Tony's expertise also covers project feasibility, tenant and client advocacy, and rental negotiation.

Tony expressed his enthusiasm for this expansion, stating, "This move into the Northern Territory is a significant step for Acumentis and a great opportunity for us to provide our specialised services to clients in this region.
