COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS IN VICTORIA

Adbri Limited ("Adbri" or "the Company") (ASX: ABC) acknowledges the announcement by the

Andrews Government on 3 August 2020, implementing Stage 3 and 4 restrictions across Victoria including the "Guide for business - stage 4 restrictions". While Group sites can continue to operate during the six-week restriction period, Adbri will work closely with its customers to assess their requirements for construction materials, and will modify production levels in response to demand.

Nick Miller, Adbri Chief Executive Officer, said:

"We understand the Victorian Government's decision, and will play our part to protect our people and the community at large as our first priority. We are committed to working through this period with our customers while cooperating with the Government and health authorities to fight COVID-19 and keep our community safe. To date, all of our sites have been fully operational and we have had no confirmed cases of COVID-19 within the employees of Adbri or its subsidiaries."

Adbri's balance sheet remains robust, with liquidity in excess of $457 million in cash and undrawn bank facilities and no debt facilities maturing until November 2024.
