Notice Regarding the Resignation of Directors Serving as Audit & Supervisory Committee
Members and the Appointment of Successors
Two of our directors serving as Audit & Supervisory Committee members (the "directors (Audit & Supervisory Committee members)") will resign at the end of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 24, 2022, before the expiration of their term of office. Therefore, the Board of Directors, at a meeting held today, unofficially chose the directors (Audit & Supervisory Committee members) to be appointed as their successors. Details are as follows:
These appointments are scheduled to become official following a decision at the 160th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 24, 2022.
１．Changes to Directors who are Audit & Supervisory Committee members

The term of office of Mr. Koichi Taya, the candidate for new director (Audit & Supervisory Committee member) is the remaining term of office of retiring Mr. Yoshito Hayashi as his substitute director (Audit
Supervisory Committee member).
