Paris, 19 March 2008

Adenclassifieds, leader in the French B2B online classified ad market, announces the launch of the new version of Public-RH (www.public-rh.fr), the Internet site dedicated to recruitment for all civil service business lines.

Public-RH, the civil service business line site

Already present in civil service recruitment via its generalist Internet sites, and notably Cadremploi.fr and Keljob.com, Adenclassifieds is launching a new version of Public-RH that, for the first time, brings together classified ads for the three civil service sectors:
- State civil servants,
- Local government civil servants
- Health sector civil servants.

Public-RH will thus allow recruiters from the entire public sector to advertise their job vacancies and promote their entrance exams.

A response to the renewed mobility of civil servants following the local elections

Thibaut Gemignani, CEO of Adenclassifieds, says: "Following these elections, a large number of local civil servants who work for town and county councils will change jobs, or even change local councils, thus resulting in a renewal of the mobility that had been absent in recent months. Public-RH is aimed at both those who are already civil servants and those currently working in the private sector who would like to join the public sector. This offer should render the public sector job market more fluid and help recruiters target sought-after profiles more efficiently".

Public-RH will be launched at the beginning of April 2008, following the second round of France's local elections.

A response to the major challenges of civil service recruitment

Currently, in France, almost one worker in five is employed by the public sector, and recruitment is a major challenge - a challenge further accentuated in recent years by the evolution of the population pyramid and the associated retirements.
Barbara Feaugas, Head of the Public Sector at Adenclassifieds, comments: "Recruitments to replace those who leave to retire will be substantial. 68,400 civil servants will thus be recruited into the state civil service in 2008. In local government, a third of civil servants will be aged 60 or more by 2012, over half of them executives. Although not all civil servants will be replaced, there will nevertheless be a substantial number of recruitments in 2008, with 45,620 recruitments planned in state civil service and 24,350 in local government civil service. The health sector, meanwhile, is expected to recruit 200,000 new employees over the next five years."

Within this context, the launch of an Internet site that incorporates classified ads for the entire civil service sector is a response to these recruitment challenges.

Public-RH is fully in line with the Group's multi-brand strategy and its permanent desire to perfectly
respond to its clients' recruitment needs.
