Both companies combine their specific knowledge of the capital market and their expertise in blockchain (INTAS.tech) with adesso's technological know-how and industry-proven implementation of complex IT projects. For almost 25 years, adesso has been advising well-known banks in the field of digital transformation, at the point where technological progress meets regulation.

INTAS.tech is the result of a merger between Plutoneo Consulting, a strategy consultancy for the financial and asset management industry that focuses on the security business and its processes, and the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. The specialists at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center are researching the technologies and areas of application and the centre itself is Europe's leading research centre and academic institution in the blockchain sector.

Together, adesso and INTAS.tech will provide securities trading banks and financial services with comprehensive consulting and implementation expertise concerning digital assets moving forward - meaning digitally managed assets, cryptocurrency business and securities trading (keyword: security token).

According to Stephan Mecking, head of adesso's banking division, 'Digital ledger-based infrastructures for digital assets make it possible for financial services to offer their clients the chance to implement new and innovative services with a variety of technical applications to choose from. Thanks to the cooperation with INTAS.tech, adesso will in future be able to provide comprehensive approaches to solutions, from the initial idea through to its implementation. This is all based on our experience in the blockchain sector, such as the realisation of FinLedger, the promissory note platform that has been implemented by the consortium comprised of DekaBank, dwpbank, DZ Bank and Helaba with adesso's support.'
