Adimmune Corporation (TWSE:4142) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 5,000,000 shares, representing 1.16% of its issued share capital for a total of TWD 1,573.39? million.
The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 32 to TWD 50 per share. The repurchased shares will be transferred to employees. The program will continue until January 10, 2023.
